All of our educators hold the following essential qualifications:

• Level 2 First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training: Our team is fully trained to handle medical situations quickly and effectively, ensuring your child's health and safety at all times.
• Current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration: Each staff member meets the highest professional standards required for working with children.
• Ongoing Professional Development: We ensure that all our staff are annually trained in food safety and child protection to maintain the highest standards of care.

Beyond these certifications, our educators play an integral role in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Gum Nut Preschool & Childcare. We believe in creating a family-like environment where children feel valued, safe, and supported. We encourage open communication with families and are always happy to receive suggestions or answer questions. Meals at Gum Nut

We believe that a healthy body supports a healthy mind, which is why we provide all meals at our Gum Nut, prepared with love and care by our talented cook, Darrin. Our meals are varied, nutritious, interesting, and most importantly, delicious! We aim to excite children’s taste buds with a diverse range of foods and tailor meals to meet any special dietary or medical needs.

Our Menus and the ingredients used are displayed at the sign-in area and on our family portal for your convenience. We are always open to new meal ideas and encourage families to share any suggestions.
